Some people think of resilience as “bouncing back” from the difficulties that come our way. But is that really what happens? We don’t usually go back to how we were after facing a challenge — nor would we want to. Instead, we become stronger. Wiser. Gutsier. More aware of who we are and who we want to become.

We do this in our own ways and on our own terms, often without stopping to notice or appreciate our progress along the road to resilience. Well, today we’re going to!
