Wellbeing in Action
How we work has a direct effect on how healthy we are — physically, mentally, and emotionally. In this six-part series, we’ll address this critical link and take action to improve our day-to-day wellbeing.
We will start by discussing “flow state” and update our notification settings to better position us to achieve flow. In part two, we’ll develop structures to create better boundaries for ourselves, and each other. Next, we’ll dissect the environment where we spend hours of time each day — our workspaces — and improve them together. In our penultimate conversation, we’ll discuss what it means to balance work and life (what does that even mean?) before diving into our last conversation on sleep. Throughout this series, we will ask each other questions and tell each other stories, bonding as a group and creating commitments to one another.
